Non EU clients will be charged with extra fees that may occur due to currency exchange, customs fees, or any additional requests that our brand is not responsible of.

Credit or debit card

You can make your payments using Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Your transactions are secured by higher standard online safety protected systems (RSA Encryption). All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform of Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank. Grapes and Salt does not store or have any access to your credit or debit card details.

Paypal payment

If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be linked to the secured environment of PayPal to complete your purchase. By completing your transaction you will receive a message from both PayPal and Grapes & Salt.

Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer to our bank account of Alpha Bank, the information for the payment are as follows: IBAN GR6601401090109002002019840. We kindly ask you to mention the order number on the reason of transfer. Your order will remain on hold until we receive the bank’s deposit confirmation. Usually this takes around 1-2 working days. However, if you wish for your order to take place earlier than that you could send us an email to info@grapesandsalt.gr of a copy of the payment receipt with you order number and your name.
