We can ship fresh flower arrangements but only within the area of Attica, in order to guarantee good condition. In boxes and baskets that are shipped to any other destination, we choose dried floral bouquets or plants.
We will try to do our best to satisfy your request, however because of the flowers seasonal nature, we will always recommend flowers that can stay fresh longer and the ones that we believe are more suitable for the gift’s whole picture.
Yes, as long as the order is received by 13:00 and is within the area of Athens.
Local deliveries take place Mondays – Fridays, between the hours of 10:00-19:00. Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 11:00 – 16:00. Delivery times are extended during the holiday season.
The deliveries outside the areas of Attica are scheduled depending on the working days and hours of the courier. Usually that would be Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated.
Yes, of course. You can either do it through our form on our website, call us on the number provided or send us a message on our social pages, and together we can make something that you might have in mind, or maybe give you ideas to create a special gift.
Yes, you can send us an email or give us a call and depending on your request we can develop corporate gift ideas and designs in order to put your brand identity on the gifts. Please contact us at info@grapesandsalt.gr in order to send you our offers.
How do I place an order?
All gift orders, can be placed online on our website. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us at info@grapesandsalt.gr within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to refund the order.
Shipping methods
For deliveries exclusively within the area of central Athens there is no extra fee charge.
For deliveries outside the area of Central Athens the cost is 4,50€.
For deliveries outside Athens but within the Attica region the charge is 8.50€ and the estimated delivery day is 1-2 days from the order confirmation. For same day deliveries within the Attica region, in order to be able to make it on time, we recommend that you contact us the soonest possible after you make your online purchase.

Substitutions
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of many of the products we carry, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in order to fulfill your order and ensure the delivery gets to the recipient on the time that you requested.
Holiday Delivery Exceptions
We pride ourselves on delivering your gifts in a timely fashion. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and to ensure timely delivery, we encourage our customers to place their orders as far away from December 24th as possible.

We reserve the right to change or adjust items, prices or policies at any time, and without notice. Descriptive or typographical errors used to describe products, gifts, services, etc. are subject to correct and modification.
